PA Governor Tom Wolf has declared auto repair as an essential business so are adopting new temporary policies to service your BMW.
We want to let all our customers know that we are open for business during this time. We are taking all possible steps to keep our employees and families healthy and safe, and effective immediately we no longer accept walk-ins. WE have a system in place for secure drop-off service and repair appointments.
While most of our local BMW dealerships are closing for at least the next two weeks, we are remaining open to help serve those who rely on their BMW for reliable transportation during these frightening times. Thank you for taking the time to read yet another message about this disease and how it is affecting our business operations.
Whether it be doctors appointments, food shopping, or getting to work and serving other essential businesses, we will be open to help keep your vehicle running smoothly.
This brings us to our new policies. We will be adopting policies from many other local businesses and no longer accept walk-in appointments for the foreseeable future. We will only allow pick up and drop offs. Our doors will remain closed, and we will utilize our secure key drop and handle all communication electronically.
We are keeping our facility clean and sanitary as always, and will take precautions while your vehicle is in for service to prevent contamination. Gloves and masks will be worn while customer cars are in for service and only one technician will have access to each vehicle.

All our products are tested in house under strict conditions with the purpose of gaining results HONESTLY. All product testing is available as an Open House session, meaning our customers are welcome to watch our testing sessions. All dyno sessions are conducted with the hood of the vehicles closed and we do NOT use cool down periods before runs.
